Usually 3 to 6 cm more length by releasing the suspensory ligament (ligamentolysis).
Access is gained through a small incision, about 3–4 cm long, in the pubic area — no incision is made on the penis itself. Sensitive structures such as nerves, blood vessels, and the urethra remain untouched. The result is visible both in the flaccid and erect state.

02Penis thickeningMore circumference with autologous fat.
Usually 2 to 3 cm more circumference through the body's own fatty tissue — the gold standard.
The fatty tissue is gently harvested — usually from the inner thighs — processed, and inserted in fine layers beneath the skin of the penile shaft. The result looks natural, with no implants or synthetic fillers.

How much growth is possible?
This depends on the individual anatomy. In general, about 3 to 6 cm more length and 2 to 3 cm more circumference can be achieved.
Is the procedure painful?
During the operation, you will not feel any pain thanks to twilight sedation or general anesthesia. You will receive all necessary medication for the time after.
How long does healing take?
Plan on about 2 to 3 weeks of recovery — light activities are often possible sooner. Sports and sexual activity are possible again after around 5 weeks.
Is the result permanent?
